“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “What a gem! My husband and I brought his parents for the weekend to tour Solvang and Santa Ynez. This was the perfect location! This two bedroom apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated having two full bathrooms and the large kitchen. I was able to cook dinner and breakfast for the four of us very adequately. The market across the street was very convenient. “So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! ”

“Loved the property and the room was perfect. Location was two blocks off State St and so quiet! Easy to walk everywhere from the beach, Funk Zone, shopping and restaurants. The room had everything we needed with thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and white noise machine. The room was very nicely decorated and looked brand new. Very happy with our stay!”
