“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “We enjoyed our stay near the 5 cities area. We were about 6 miles from beaches. Very restful environment. Clean. Would be nice if it had a gas grill and an updated foam bed. The queen bed I believe is the old mattress and box spring type. So you feel your partner moving around. The newer firmer memory foam mattresses are the best and would really improve sleep. The kitchen could use a new microwave with a turntable for more even cooking and reheating. Bring some ear plugs as the husky gets……
