“My mom and I loved the property. It is quiet and clean. It is also roomy and lots of natural sunlight and cold sea breeze. The backyard is relaxing hearing different birds chirping and flying all around you. It is about 5 minutes to Pismo and very close to the Monarch Butterfly Grove. ”

“Apartment was clean with upgraded appliances, heated bathroom floors, and comfy beds. Garage parking and car charging was an added bonus. The welcome snack basket, cheese plate, and handwritten note was a nice touch when we arrived. Everything was walkable and easy to get to. The property manager answered our questions quickly and worked efficiently when the car charger wasn’t working. We look forward to staying there again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rivera in Los Olivos. Mia, our host, was super communicative and helpful. We stayed in the King Suite on the second floor and were able to sleep with the windows open, which was amazing. Walking distance to all the tasting rooms and restaurants was an added bonus. “A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away).
