“Jon & Melany were amazing hosts! Communcation was very easy with text and responded right away. They provided recommendations of where to eat and shop, which were nearby, if you walked or drove. It's great that access to the beach was nearby. ”

There has been a small dining table added into the little nook which was helpful. And I’m not sure but I think maybe the Wi-Fi has been improved. A few things have not been addressed from previous reviews such as the toilet paper holder in the primary bathroom and thin curtains in the front room with the 3 twin beds. My……

“We loved our stay here, it was exactly where we wanted to be and had the amenities we wanted! Easy to get to, parking was easy to find, and the check in/out process was relatively easy. Not to mention the absolute best view in Pismo! Only a couple of (extremely minor) details that would have made our stay more effortless and perfect than it already was: you do have to pick up your keys at the rental office vs keyless entry or lockbox on the property and we knew there would not be beach chairs……
