“Overall our family really enjoyed our stay. We were a very short walk to town, the children’s bedroom was very nice and perfect for our littles, and the master was nice as well. Kitchen and living space also was great, and I think the only thing I would say was lacking was a dining table where we could all eat together. Also there was construction going on above us during the day, which wasn’t a huge deal due to us being gone most of the daylight hours, but a slight issue perhaps. Overall……

“Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The home is fully stocked with anything you could need and the grounds are beautiful with many gathering spots, a spa, and a very unique saloon. It is also steps away from the town with wonderful restaurants, wineries, and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer.”

“We had teenage grandsons and younger ones. (age 1 & 4)The park across the street was so fun. The pond nearby was amazing, we saw beavers, a raccoon, bats and a variety of birds. 5 minute walk to the beach. FUN!!!”

“Host was very responsive for any questions I had. I was in town for two birthdays and an anniversary celebration. This was in close proximity and worked very well. Thanks for the great accomodations!! ”

“Very cute 1930 built home, has all the old-style charm of an older house. Very clean. Very large yard, great for dogs. Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Hosts are super responsive to any requests, great follow up and communication. Definitely would stay there again.”

“Our stay at the Berry house was perfect except we were not aware that it was a two story home. Perhaps I missed that in the description. But my mother who is 88 was planning to stay in the queen bedroom but could not do the stairs everything else was absolutely wonderful. We have relatives in the area who came to visit us and it was a wonderful stay.”

“A great place in a great location. We stayed on a trip from LA to San Fran, and it was the perfect distrance between the two on a road trip. A beautiful house with lots of space, and a stones throw from the beach. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the deck and roof top spot were well used. The extra bits like bikes and beach gear were very good. Very friendly, kind hosts adapted to our need of an early entry. Pismo is a cool place to visit, and it was great being so close to the beach.”

“Had a great time at the birds of a feather beach house. The weather didn't cooperate very well but we had a good time, nonetheless. The stairs were a little rough on older knees, but they didn't bother the grandkids one bit!”
