“Our stay was very pleasant in Oceano. The condo was very spacious, kept in good condition and good layout for family with upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed the labels in the kitchen cabinets, the sunsets and walking to Efren’s for taco Tuesday. Whole family enjoyed it time as we were very close to the dunes in oceano and pismo was just a few short minutes away. The hot water took a little longer than expected to heat up for the showers in the morning but other than that, it was a good stay. ”

“We stayed at Nell’s property on a last minute spring break getaway. The location was perfectly set on the beach with easy access to the Oceano Dunes. Very charming older home. “Really cool house. Modern and spacious enough for our group of 8. The young adults loved the pool and ping pong table. The parents loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. We all loved the rooftop with the firepit and amazing ocean and sunset views. Grover Beach is a great spot! Not overrun with tourists like Pismo.”

“This home is as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe, short drive to restaurants and shops. The furnishings and decor is really nice. Couch, dining table set, and 2 of the 3 beds are comfortable. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. There was everything you might need in the kitchen. Outdoor security cameras with a screen in the house. Parking in the driveway, or street. Check in was easy, a code for the front door. Communication with the host was good. We would stay here again.”
