“Solid Rock Ranch met our needs as a group of 12 (7 adults, 5 kids). Renee was great! She was very responsive and accommodating. The house has a large kitchen with a huge refrigerator and separate freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, although it's a haphazard collection with all different styles and types. There's plenty of cookware to serve a crowd. The livingroom is somewhat small and couldn't seat all of us. The only other communal areas were the two dining tables. The……

“ "Our church group of 14 stayed here for the weekend, and it was perfect! The space was roomy enough for everyone to move around comfortably and have their own space without feeling crowded. “We stayed at Nell’s property on a last minute spring break getaway. The location was perfectly set on the beach with easy access to the Oceano Dunes. Very charming older home. Had amazing views of the Pacific Ocean sunsets and the fire pit was in perfect location to watch people get stuck entering and exiting the dunes. ”
