“Perfect little getaway. I loved that they had a game room that had a toddler kitchen with all the play food to go with it plus a ton of other fun games for kids and adults. Good location. Close to beach and grocery store. Cant wait to plan our next trip”

“Awesome retro style. Large living room and great views. Bedrooms are nicely appointed. However, the deck needs some maintenance. Plants are dying from lack of water, the railings have a lot of mold and lichens, and the decking could use some work. There is also a lot of street noise when sitting on the deck, but you cannot hear it while inside. The main bathroom shower is difficult to maneuver due to the walk-in tub for seniors. In addition, I was charged a different price than originally……

“Very interesting property and location. The neighborhood is quite run down but this house is fixed up pretty well. It’s a marshy area so the vegetation growth is immense which gives great privacy. If you entered from the rear driveway you’d never know about hoopty places nearby. Because of humidity we had to air it out when we got there but no big deal. Yard was amazing and would be great for a young family of 4-5. ”

The property was well equipped with everything we needed and just beautiful. The owner responded quickly and was very accomodating to our needs. “This was truly one of the best rental properties we have stayed in. The home was super clean and very well decorated. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy Pismo and Grover Beach.”

“My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. This was not mentioned in……

“We stayed at this beautiful casita for one week primarily to attend our granddaughters graduation. It is very conveniently located to SLO, the airport, shopping, restaurants and many beaches. The setting, grounds and design is wonderful. We are planning on returning again, you won’t be disappointed if you stay there. ”

“Peri and Jeff are great hosts. I enjoyed staying in the cottage at the property . Enjoyed watching the owls in the large oak trees and hearing the chirping of different birds. Nice to be able to walk my puppy (a miniature poodle) down the pavement road to visit the farm animals. Over all …I had a very pleasant stay.”
