“Marvin is a gracious and kind host. This was my third stay at the cottage, which tells you just how much I love this getaway. The cottage is perfect for a long stay like mine. Well appointed, the kitchen roomy and great to cook in and the grounds lovely to be in. It has become my go-to place when I am south visiting family. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.”

“Had a nice little stay here for four days. It was a nice in-between meet up with my daughter from LA, I from the Bay Area. The house is just as is pictured, wonderful yard (we had an our little pups), and good location for walks around the lagoon, up to the beach. Easy access to other community amenities. There was a storm related electrical hiccup, which was quickly responded to and resolved with the manager's and PG&E. I recommend this place, and would consider staying here again! Enjoy!P.S.……

“We can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Casa de los Suenos, Elise, and the location. The Casita is so well designed, appointed and cared-for. Elise was a welcoming and helpful host both before and during our stay. She has put together a guidebook that can rival many a visitors center. The setting is so restful, quiet and calming, surrounded by unique and beautiful gardens. This is a great location for nearby hiking, beaches, wineries, golfing, and all that Central Coast has to offer.……

“My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. This was not mentioned in……

“Peri and Jeff are great hosts. I enjoyed staying in the cottage at the property . Enjoyed watching the owls in the large oak trees and hearing the chirping of different birds. Nice to be able to walk my puppy (a miniature poodle) down the pavement road to visit the farm animals. Over all …I had a very pleasant stay.”

“ "Our church group of 14 stayed here for the weekend, and it was perfect! The space was roomy enough for everyone to move around comfortably and have their own space without feeling crowded. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, homely feel to it. We had a fantastic time and felt right at home. Highly recommend for large groups!" ”

"Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent,not proactively greeting the customer. Advantage： Dog friendly hotel and reasonable charge. The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There is a Walmart nearby, which is very convenient. "
