“Loved this place,especially the views from the upstairs & deck! Jen was very easy to communicate with & super simple check in. Lovely that we were given a bottle of wine, cheese, snacks & fresh eggs! So nice to hear running water from the fountains while you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can even feed the animals and pick your own lavender ;-) Close to all surrounding towns and winery's, couldn't be better. Thank You Jen!”

“We really enjoyed staying here with family and our dogs! It was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and games in the garage. We would definitely book again if we're in the area. Our only note is that the back neighbors' dogs are VERY LOUD and would get upset when our dogs were in the backyard. The dogs also barked a lot at night and in the morning when ours were inside. Thankfully our dogs are not reactive but if you have a fence reactive dog, you might want to consider this……

“I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant……

“Extremely convenient location in Pismo. Easy and quick walk to beach, pier, restaurants, shops. It is a bit noisy in that area - both car traffic and pedestrians walking/talking and the duplex style driveway that creates an echo chamber. The Owner was very accommodating with us needing additional fans and an air mattress and had them delivered within minutes of us requesting them. House was stocked nicely - but for those that intend on cooking, the pots/pans selection was less than we were……

“The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. ”
