The great room and kitchen are just the place for a friends and family gathering (it was too nippy to be outside this visit). WiFi is solid and the house super clean - no complaints! ”

“Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The home is fully stocked with anything you could need and the grounds are beautiful with many gathering spots, a spa, and a very unique saloon. It is also steps away from the town with wonderful restaurants, wineries, and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Enjoyed our stay so much. Home is roomy and very comfortable.”

“It was excellent. Four adults over eighty years of age and the bedrooms were upstairs. The stair case had two platforms that make them very doable. ”

“This VRBO was a great value and is in a desirable location! Its a short walk away from downtown Orcutt where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. There is a also a hiking trail you can walk to. Plenty of hiking and bicycling destinations from there. The house itself has everything you may need including Netflix, WiFi, a full kitchen and plenty of lounging areas. There's a large living room where you can play games and entertain. We appreciate staying here for our romantic……

“We were in town for a funeral and wanted a nice place to stay that we would be comfortable in with friends/family throughout the weekend. The checkin process was easy as ever! Alexander was easily accessible if needed, although everything went perfectly and we were not in need of everything throughout the trip.The property was well laid out and decorated, had a super cool bunk bed room that our grandson (9) insisted he needed to stay in, even though his parents were staying in a motel LOL. "Is not bad if you just want to find a place to take a rest. But if you really want a comfortable place to rest this might not the choice. But it worth for the price, what you paying for is what you get."

"Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent,not proactively greeting the customer. Advantage： Dog friendly hotel and reasonable charge. The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There is a Walmart nearby, which is very convenient. "
