“We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space is really convenient for visiting with friends. There are a lot of extra amenities in the home like laundry and kitchen spices. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the pots and pans and dishes one would need. The homes decor is very classy and there are nice flowers and landscaping in the back. We had a nice relaxing stay. Highly recommend ”

“We came to Lompoc to visit our family that lives in town. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities you need. Quiet neighborhood and the house had plenty of space. There were only three of us and a dog, but this home was much more comfortable than any hotel options in town. I would stay here again and would recommend to any family or friends coming to town. ”

“This house was perfect for me and my family during our stay in Lompoc. Plenty of space for all 7 of us, a well stocked kitchen, super clean, comfortable beds and sofa. The basketball hoop kept the 10 yr old and her 20 yr old cousins happy, the hot tub was great after a busy day. Alejandro was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely try to stay here next time we’re in town! ”

“This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again. ”

“When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. "This is a seriously underrated hotel. I don’t understand why so many people criticize it with such a picky attitude — the reviews are just average, but I believe it deserves five stars. It’s truly affordable, and the attention to detail is great. The cleanliness is outstanding. Although some of the facilities are a bit outdated, they still work fine. It’s excellent value for money, very good, very quiet, and the location is extremely convenient."
