The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “What a gem! My husband and I brought his parents for the weekend to tour Solvang and Santa Ynez. This was the perfect location! This two bedroom apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated having two full bathrooms and the large kitchen. "This is a seriously underrated hotel. I don’t understand why so many people criticize it with such a picky attitude — the reviews are just average, but I believe it deserves five stars. It’s truly affordable, and the attention to detail is great. The cleanliness is outstanding. Although some of the facilities are a bit outdated, they still work fine.
