“Clean, comfortable, very well maintained cottage. Lots of thoughtful details. Easy drives to Pismo Beach, Lopez Lake, and SLO. Really nice outdoor space that I wish we had more time to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Please support mom and pop rentals like this. Owner/manager is on site and very responsive to questions/small details.”

“We stayed at Nell’s property on a last minute spring break getaway. The location was perfectly set on the beach with easy access to the Oceano Dunes. Very charming older home. Had amazing views of the Pacific Ocean sunsets and the fire pit was in perfect location to watch people get stuck entering and exiting the dunes. ”

“The property and owners were wonderful! The house was beautiful, clean, and plenty of room. We had plenty of amenities, towels, blankets, etc. My children loved the animals, spending time with them, and helping to feed them (a real high light!!) . It was so peaceful and quiet, just what we needed for some quality family time.”

“Really cool house. Modern and spacious enough for our group of 8. The young adults loved the pool and ping pong table. The parents loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. We all loved the rooftop with the firepit and amazing ocean and sunset views. Grover Beach is a great spot! Not overrun with tourists like Pismo.”

“This home is as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe, short drive to restaurants and shops. The furnishings and decor is really nice. Couch, dining table set, and 2 of the 3 beds are comfortable. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. There was everything you might need in the kitchen. Outdoor security cameras with a screen in the house. Parking in the driveway, or street. Check in was easy, a code for the front door. Communication with the host was good. We would stay here again.”

“We just absolutely love this home and property. The home is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for the perfect stay. The outdoor seating areas and views are just amazing. It is a peaceful spot in the country but stil close to wineries, downtown slo, and the beaches. Our favorite place by far!”
