“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. ”

“This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again. ”

“The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.”

“Once we exited off the freeway, we noticed this huge colorful building. Then realized this was the hotel we would be staying at. Once we entered the building, we noticed how calm and colorful the inside lobby looked. We were welcomed by a young man with a very pleasant smile and we were checked in. We loved our room. “This hotel was the most charming hotel I’ve been to yet. When I have travelled, I’ve chose more “main chain” ones but this one is worth the try. The staff was welcoming and friendly, they had a wide selection of snacks and food. Our room came with a kitchen so even things like eggs were available. I admit in indulging in a late night bowl of cereal and it was great!!!! I will be coming back and staying here. Thank you so much for a great experience. ”
