“My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. This is a great location for nearby hiking, beaches, wineries, golfing, and all that Central Coast has to offer.……

“Peri and Jeff are great hosts. I enjoyed staying in the cottage at the property . Enjoyed watching the owls in the large oak trees and hearing the chirping of different birds. Nice to be able to walk my puppy (a miniature poodle) down the pavement road to visit the farm animals. Over all …I had a very pleasant stay.”
