“Really enjoyed the property and the owner was great ”

“We loved the original intent of the hosts to create a very unique and comfortable getaway. Unfortunately guests are not always thoughtful in caring for vacation rentals and The Coop has not been maintained in the manner it deserves. Even though the rates charged are premium, it felt like we were staying in a second tier property. I felt like we had a good connection with the manager and reported several of our concerns. The response was “well no one has ever complained about that”.”

“A beautiful home to stay in for 4 adult couples-the view out the back is lovely and you will end up wanting to spend a lot of your time here in this comfortable homey atmosphere. The kitchen is large and great for cooking dinner together but the location has a lot of great little restaurants close by as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. ”

“We can't say enough about how wonderful our weekend at the casita in Santa Ynez was! Our hosts were warm, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The casita and surroundings were just as expected, in fact the photos don't do justice. We are already looking at our calendar to book another stay! ”

“The house was amazing - huge rooms/bathrooms - but I think our favorite part which was more surprising was the location. Because it was a little outside town the views looked out over unobstructed/untouched Los Padres forest all around - so stunning! We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Myself and two roommates from UCSB 20yrs ago were having amemorial trip for a 4th roommate who passed away recently. We were just looking for something downtown close to everything where each of the 3 of us could have our own bed. This property fit the bill perfectly. Each of us had our own room and a queen sized bed which was ideal. The kitchen and living room area are not huge but for the small amount of hours we spent in there in the evenings it was still plenty of room for us. Comunications……

“Wonderful stay just a block from the ocean. All bedrooms are upstairs so you’ll get a workout but who wants to spend time walking upstairs when you’re so close to the beach you can walk on the sand. All appliances worked perfectly and home was equipped with everything you needed, except for a rice cooker, lol. Outdoor shared BBQ was a great addition. Second story small patio had a table and chairs for fresh outdoor air! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and……
