“Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river.”

“The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better and the pool/hot tub were amazing after a day on the river. It does have an induction stove which is tricky if you’re not used to it but the grill was great. Would definitely come back! ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a cozy cottage, which is exactly as described. Basically this is a studio apartment in the form of a cottage. Huge bathroom with huge walk-in shower and very big bathtub. It was everything we needed. ”

Brand new house in a small subdivision close to the interstate.The one small issue we had was taken care of quickly and didn’t get in the way of our trip! We loved the layout of the house. The main is on the back of the house with the other bedrooms at the front. Great space for family or for adults needing privacy. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

“This is our fourth annual trip for the New Braunfels area with our four kids (8, 6, 4 and 10 months). First time to stay at this house, and we will totally stay here every time if possible. The house was the perfect size, great location, peaceful, clean, etc. From the moment of opening the door, there was thought and care with a little note, some snacks, soap, etc. I can’t recommend this house enough.
