“We had a wonderful time!!!! People watching on the river, tub floating off our deck area under beautiful pecan trees!! We did bring our essentials; Skibo cards, ninja grill and crockpot. Very comfortable home in a great location!! Good times with great friends ”

“Everything was great except for property manager. The location was great, the access to river was nice. The only thing was the manager yelling and badgering guests for parking permits. We were being told we were being loud, we had small childten with us. ? What do expect? Sorry will not be staying here again.”

The outside area’s had plenty of seating along with 2 grills and the heated pool kept everyone entertained during the down times. We will definitely be staying at this property again.”

“The house was clean and surprisingly, could fit our large family of 30. The backyard and the river was perfect for games and outdoor activities. From grandparents to 2 year olds, we had lots of fun at the house. The bedrooms are a little small, but dinning and living was large enough to fit all of us at a time. There were enough space for everything and the Kayaks were dropped off/picked up in the backyard which made life so much more easier.Overall this is a perfect place and would recommend it……
