“**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.”
“I was staying because I had a medical procedure at a nearby facility and knew I'd benefit from having a room with a small kitchenette that would allow me to do what I needed to very early in the AM, since restaurants and stores would be closed.
But I also liked the availability of drawers and closet space that let me organize what I needed to for the procedure, before my appointment and afterwards.
I would stay there again should I need to be in the area for a future happening, whether that's……
