“The smiling service of the front desk staff made me feel like I was at home. I booked a suite for $200/day. I took the elevator to the 7th floor with the room card. I was not disappointed after opening the door. The room was designed in gray tones, clean, tidy and warm. There was a simple kitchenette on the right side of the door, a three-seater sofa, a desk and chair, a 180-degree rotating TV, and a thick mattress (moderate softness). “When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby.
