“I am pro-eco friendly hotels. But when you have to request shampoo and toilet paper the first 3 days of our staying, and nobody shows they care to cover our needs, is not ok. “Good location. Walkable to Santa Cruz bay. Not happy with the room given. Originally was to get room 214 but one of the staff members said that since it was booked through Expedia we were given a smaller room (#234). The facility did not have an elevator so we had to go up several flights of stairs. Room 214 had very little stairs to get to. So booking through Expedia gets you the lesser rooms!?!?! ”

“La propiedad es buena y nos atendió muy bien Alma, solo son algunos puntos a mejorar, deben de mejorar la limpieza de la alberca y jacuzzi, un día se pasaron de cloro en la misma y nos irritó la piel, el jacuzzi debería estar prendido en los mismos horarios de la alberca ya que teníamos que pedir que lo prendieran y de la misma forma deben mejorar la limpieza porque tenía insectos y basuritas, referencia al desayuno falta variedad, no está rico, es austero y la muchacha que nos atendió en el……

“The big attraction for this place is clearly the pool and courtyard and it attracted a number of families with small kids. The kids loved the pool, the parents were able to sit in luunges around the pool. Not exactly our scene but it was OK. A bit noisier than we expected. We only stayed one night as our plans changed but it was fine.”
