“Expedia system didn't reserve my room properly, so no room was available during new year. Hotel staff speaks only spanish, so without spanish this hotel is impossible. (if you speak spanish well, it's very regular level of Ecuadorian hotel.) Other customers also missed rooms. Tel confirmation must be required. Don't rely on Expedia, ”

“I waited at the property for around two hours to check in and not a single person was in sight. I called the numbers available online and none of them were working numbers. There is a sign in the courtyard with alternative numbers, and when I called those nobody answered. The listing states 24 hour reception but that clearly is a misadvertisement. In the end, I had to change hostals.”
