“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. “Safe area and building, clean and spacious rooms. Nice balcony over looking the bay, there is also a nice shared dining/living area where you can prepare your own food. Beach towels are available at no extra cost, there’s coffee in the mornings in the lobby. The breakfast was a great addition. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. “From the time we checked in till we checked out, John was fantastic and always available for anything we needed or random questions we had. The homemade breakfast each morning was delicious and we stayed in one of the courtyard residences (highly recommended if available). Easy walking distance to the many attractions, restaurants and shops is a huge plus!”

“El único inconveniente es que está lejos del centro y no siempre hay taxi disponible aunque la recepción del hotel te lo consigue sin problema el precio del taxi al centro es 1$ por persona.”

“Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a Ecuador por primera vez. Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable.”
