“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). ”

“Great stay at Lifestyle and Suites for 1 night before we boarded our cruise ship. The outside of the building is old, but the interior was modern and clean. The hostess was very friendly and helpful…made us feel very welcome. Our suite was quite large and comfortable with a private bath and toilet. “The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning.
