“This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!”

“Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. Veramente comodo quindi da raggiungere. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile,……

“A beatiful spot in the hills with a fab pool and stunning view over Lake Bracciano. We were a family of 9 and had a great time. Need some more dining chairs and outside furniture a bit worn but overall very enjoyable.time had by all.”

The hotel is absolutely stunning, from each and every room, to all the outdoor spaces, to the lobby that becomes your living room. “Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wurden sogar mit einem Gläschen Prosecco empfangen-mega! Die Villa hält was sie verspricht, wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Ich würde gern was kritisches Schreiben, aber es gibt nichts zu kritisieren-für uns war es rund um perfekt. Prima Lage um Rom zu besuchen, einen nahegelegenen See zu besuchen, oder an den Strand zu gelangen. Lebensmittelversorgung ist gut und viele kleine Gaststätten zu guten……

“This property is amazingly beautiful! The pool was clean & refreshing and was overall just wonderful. It was so worth it to stay here. Vittorio was super great at communicating and helping in anyway. There is a lemon tree by the pool that was so delicious to squeeze into water. We would very much like to stay here again and highly recommend this house and hospitality! We were sad to leave it, but great memories were made here - my 5 year old learned to swim in the pool! ”
