“It was a wonderful place to stay! I loved that the area is less crowded than Destin, but still an easy drive if you wanted to go there. The condo was perfect for 2 and fairly clean. Garrett was very communicative during the entire process!”

“Despite having confirmation from both Orbitz and the property, our condo had been double booked to someone else, and we were out of luck upon arrival. Everyone pointed the finger at someone else and we were left to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. This was our first time trying a condo instead of a hotel. Not a great success!”

“Jo’s place is a great place to stay. Beach access is a few steps away, Tom Thumb Store is right there for anything you need to quick grab. Pool area is always clean. I always wash the dishes I use prior to any place I stay because I’m not sure how people wash their dishes but taking a few out of the cabinet had left over good in them. The couch bed could use some TLC, a good 3in memory foam pad could definitely help the spots that sank to low. Other than that PERFECT.”

“We stayed here for my daughter's sweet sixteenth birthday with a few of her friends, everyone had a great time. The beach and the sound are super close and we found a short cut to get to them. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were also very clean. On Saturday we had the pool to ourselves during the day it was great. The hosts called to make sure everything went smoothly on check in that evening and was very accommodating to anything we needed.……

“This place had it all! The owner thought of every detail & item you might need, including sunscreen, toiletries you might have forgotten, beach chairs & towels, snacks, etc. And the unit was beautifully decorated, quiet, clean & comfortable. The beach is quiet with white, soft sand. The balcony was perfect on the third floor up to watch dolphins every day. We loved this place and would highly recommend! The only thing to note is that it is on the 3rd floor with stairs (no elevator). Just……

“The listing is lovely— there was a confusion on our part about being pet friendly. We brought our service dog, and on initial check in instructions had to discuss back and forth with the property manager to clarify we had a dog coming with us — the property manager was accommodating, but we didn't realize when we checked the boxes two guests with pet it didn't translate over. Beautiful little Vrbo, just wanted to let others know who see the pet friendly, must reach out beforehand!”
