“This home is in a great location as we were able to walk to restaurants and shops plus the beach is conveniently only a couple of blocks away. The home was clean and the bamboo around the outside patio was a nice touch. It was nice having a washer/dryer, but also having a kitchen with all the cooking supplies along with clean linens/towels. A beach wagon with an umbrella/chairs were supplied, and there was an outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a great……

“Great location, great home. The weather didn’t cooperate to use the pool. One bed needed clean sheets and the garbage disposal needed to be services because someone had left glass in it. Overall, great stay.”

“We enjoyed a short 2 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. It was clean.There are stairs to the front door and the bedrooms, that may be a consideration for some.I think it was a good value for the location.”

“The townhome was lovely and very spacious with excellent access to the beach. The property management company responded quickly and efficiently with any concerns and met us onsite at check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook and clean and the ice machine was a big hit! The property is in the less crowded area of the island which made for a peaceful stay and no crowds on the beach. Overall 10/10 stay! ”

“This property was great for our family stay. We rented this beach house for my daughter’s UWF graduation and had 12 adults (mainly couples) and the layout of the house provided privacy for each couple and allowed common space for us to spend time together. Steps away from the beach was also amazing and minutes from the Pensacola Bay center was ideal for a morning graduation. The only thing that was concerning was how VRBO handles the security deposit because instead of a hold, they immediately……

“Easy to check in and in a great location. Internet did keep randomly cutting out which was not ideal for remote working. Also upon arrival starter pack of items like trash bags and toilet paper not there but the host fixed it.Great plates and kid friendly kitchen items. Dishwasher and washer and dryer worked amazing. Not a lot of privacy within the location no doors in the house other than the bathroom. ”
