“Very clean place, helpfull employes ”

“Really loved this hotel! The staff and driver outside the hotel were super friendly and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Oaxaca. The only issue we had was there was a thunderstorm and the hotel lost access to water. So for one day, there was no running water in the rooms, but that wasn’t really the hotel‘s fault. And they did everything to accommodate that until they got it fixed. There’s one restaurant on site which had really good food and drinks. The pool is amazing and heated,……

“El hotel esta en un barrio imperdible de Oaxaca, es muy bonito, su personal atento, solo los cuartos si dan a la calle son muy ruidosos y si dan a interiores no tienen ninguna ventilación, lo que les da una sensación de "encierro" Seria excelente poner una ventilación en las ventanas ya que no todos somos "fanáticos" del aire acondicionado. El servicio de transporte propio es gratuito y su operador es educado, amable y da excelentes tips para visitar.”

“Our suite was big, clean, and very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day, and it was really good. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. Perhaps best of all, the staff was so kind and accommodating. A special shout out to Noe and Dulce, who both did their best to make our stay special.”

“Un trato excelente, están al tanto de los huéspedes. Alrededor hay varios comercios como restaurantes, farmacias, cafés. El lugar es acogedor, limpio y seguro y hay donde dejar el auto. Un hotel excelente para quedarse en Oaxaca y llegar pronto al centro. ”

“This was a wonderful, centrally located and quiet spot to stay; it's really easy to walk to Centro from this location. Mario at the front desk was awesome - very helpful and professional. The front desk staff speak perfect English and the housekeeping staff take extra care in ensuring everything stays clean. I would definitely stay here again! ”
