Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. “Quiet country side small hotel very close to Ponta Delgado and convenient for driving anywhere in the island. Great location! Spacious, beautifully designed, comfortable unit with fully equipped kitchen. Clean, well-lit. Has a nice shower, good internet and powerful AC. Felt like a private villa with a big saltwater pool. . Paolo, the manager, was very helpful providing information about the amenities in the unit and the surroundings. All in all could not be better. ”

We arrived late and the receptionist stayed 30 min late to help us find the hotel and also the parking garage. The location is great - everywhere in the city is walkable. “We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into).
