“Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). We ordered the Bruschetta. The menu described their unique way of preparing it: Eggplant, feta cheese, and a couple of other……

“This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas……

“The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general ”
