“应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。”

“This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. “Very convenient location. Though as others have said, it's a steep wallk uphill to get to it; if you have a car, they have parking onsite. They also have a shuttle that will take you around town at a reasonable price, or you can call a taxi in five minutes. Great apartment amenities. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service provided by Muhamed at the front desk, who went way out of his way to try to fix something for us that had nothing to do with the hotel.
