House next door has bars in their windows as do others in the block. Host assured us it was safe but we saw no one out in their yards ir on porch’s ”

“This was our first time booking with Verbo instead of our usual air b&b. My husband booked our stay for Tuesday through Friday for our anniversary. Check in is at 4pm, property manager showed up at 7 to unlock the property, he kept insisting that our stay was to start on Friday. We received a mold bottle of red wine for our inconvenience. Upon entering my husband stated that it looks like a party had occurred recently, the backyard was filled with trash & clutter, we had to wait for the manager……

“Stayed for 3 days in April with our small dog. The property was spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator and the bed comfortable. The hostess Oliva was charming and willing to help with anything we needed, There is a large fenced outside area with plenty of patio furniture to relax in. The neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks on every street for walking. There is a good selection of restaurants a few minutes walk away and its about a 15 minute walk to the Riverwalk.
