“Oliva was an incredibly gracious host. The huildings were well furnished and comfortable. There is some construction in the area, but nothing that affected my sleep or daily life. I plan on staying here often when im in town!! Will always recommend this place to others as well”

“What a delightful stay! Our host Oliva was terrific. Sheis friendly and was helpful with directions and recommendations. The cabin was just as pictured and met our needs.. not glamorous, but homey and comfortable for our family and small dog. Hemisphere park was basically across the street. Parking was easy right on front of the house. The cabin was airconditioned and had strong Internet and cable tv. I was attending a conference and it was a pleasant walk back through the park to the house. We……

“We had a great stay at this property. It was well stocked with the things we needed. Decor was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. The communication with the host was great - very responsive and helpful, easy check in and check out. Would stay again!”

“My parents, sisters and nephew and myself all stayed together at this house, traveling to the area to watch my brother graduate from the airforce. It was conveniently close to the Lackland base, only about a 15 minute drive. The area and homes surrounding the house are a bit run down, but most of the neighborhoods we saw in the area surrounding the base were similar. The house itself was nice, and had comfortable beds! I recommend it to any traveling to this area.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere and privacy were so relaxing!! We like to stay at "non-typical" types of lodging when we are just being tourists! This place has a unique charm with alot of iconic history that we really appreciated! The host was super great, and it was easy and affordable to Uber everywhere we wanted to go!”

“The home itself was beautiful. It was nicely decorated and had everything needed. The beds were not comfortable. We were concerned about the neighborhood. House next door has bars in their windows as do others in the block. Host assured us it was safe but we saw no one out in their yards ir on porch’s ”

“We stayed here for 4 weeks while in the process of moving out of our base home. The house was perfect for our group including grandparents down to kids ranging 8y to 1y. It’s comfortable, spacious, and very centrally located. It was well suited for a stay with children. Older kids loved the bunk bed, and for the toddler a pack-n-play, changing mat, and highchair were provided. The house initially had an infestation of ants. When we discovered we couldn’t eliminate or reduce their presence using……
