“We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the room, but we had everything we needed, the rooms was clean and neat. Communication was ok, a couple misunderstandings with having to move rooms for one of the days. But overall it was an affordable stay.”

“The place was a great place to stay with friends or partner. Only issues was the window that faced inside the house, and it becoming bright in the room due to people turn on the light for the hallway, overall I do recommend this place it close to other places. “There was a maintenance issue and I was unable to stay at this location— however, I was contacted ahead of time by the owner and given an opportunity to stay at another nearby location with similar amenities. “We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back……

“The property was super close to everything cool including the riverwalk, the Alamo, and velvet taco. There were a bunch of stocked amenities, enough space for two people, a kitchen where we made chicken nuggets and a small dining area with flowers, and coffee, water, and tea free of charge. The bed was comfy too but I sleep with a lot of blankets so I should’ve brought more. Overall awesome place and easy to communicate with the owner. Would go again”
