“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. They had lawn games & such a lovely deck. Our kids enjoyed the swings on the deck & we enjoyed our morning coffe looking at the beautiful lake! Perfect family place! We had one hiccup & the owners were right on top of it! We will be back!”
