“What can I say ? Dimora del Conicchio was exactly what we’d hoped for. A dream villa for our family of 5 including 2 teenagers and an 8 year old. This property truly offers something for everyone, whether it’s relaxing in the tranquil grounds, cooking a family meal on the traditional Tuscan BBQ or doing something more active like playing tennis or swimming in the beautiful swimming pool. “A typical italian countryside villa beautifully renovated situated in a very pleasant area with a well looked after and relaxing garden and veranda. Spacious bedrooms with useful furniture. Well equipped bathrooms. Spacious sitting room with an open space kitchen with all the necessary tools, pots and pans. The only thing missing was the WiFi, which is much needed in this day and age. Perhaps the host could also improve on the quality of bedding as we found the sheets not to be of very high……

“ Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. “Wir waren im Juli/August für eine Woche im Haus und waren sehr angetan. Neben der traumhaften Lage und den schönen Häusern waren wir begeistert von der Umgebung und der Lebensqualität. Raffaele, der freundliche Besitzer, den wir kennenlernen konnten, hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Nawaz, der sich um die Häuser und das Grundstück kümmert, ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und klimatisiert, die Bäder sind gut und die Küche und das Wohnzimmer schön. Besonders toll sind die……
