“Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food……

“Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.”

“hotel molto ben posizionato all'inizio della zona pedonale; servizio ottimo e personale davvero gentile fin dall'inizio ; regalo di benvenuto per il nostro bassotto; buona la colazione. Prima della partenza ci è stata data una borsa termica con l'acqua per il viaggio.”

“A pochi passi dall’impianto di risalita. Staff gentilissimo. Ottimi servizi. Fantastico parcheggio. Area interna bimbi un po’ piccola, ma l’hotel è tutto family friendly. Se potete e siete in 4, scegliete le camere più grandi. La family “base” va bene per un paio di notti, se no è piccola. Tuttavia la comodità della posizione e lo staff compensano ampiamente le dimensioni della stanza.”

“L'hotel è sicuramente molto bene tenuto, la camera confortevole, la colazione più che soddisfacente e il personale è disponibile ed efficiente. Tuttavia, qualunque fosse stata la motivazione, avremmo gradito sapere che non avremmo trovato né il parcheggio, né il servizio ristorante, né il centro wellness: non ci è sembrato corretto scoprirlo una volta arrivati.”

“Ottima la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita Grosté e Fortini. Molto efficiente l'organizzazione interna con un unico numero-chiave corrispondente al numero di camera e al numero dell'armadietto ove riporre le attrezzature da sci. Migliorabile il rispetto del silenzio negli spazi comuni (soprattutto sala ristorante, piscina e SPA) e nelle camere vicine, se si vuole ambire a un punteggio maggiore e attirare una clientela più adulta/esigente.”
