“Our stay at the Hotel Meridians was wonderful (4 nights). I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Malcesine. It is a very short walk to the historic district and castle. “Das Hotel Du Lac entspricht einem guten 4 Sterne Haus. Es liegt direkt am Gardasee und einige Zimmer haben sogar Seesicht, Leider wie fast überall in Italien ausser dem Südtirol sind die Swimmingpools nicht geheizt was einen Minuspunkt ergibt. Was nützt ein Pool der nur im Hochsommer gebraucht werden kann. Da reicht ja auch der direkte Zugang zu See. “The staff here are lovely, friendly and helpful, the hotel is in the town so is ideal for those wanting just a very short stroll into the old town, Our room had just a stunning view of the castle and over the roofs of the old village and was worth the price alone. We had a nice balcony to look out on this view in the morning and evening and so really enjoyed this. The room was modern and clean with a nice bathroom.
