“It's a new rental and the owners are great communicators. I expect people's experiences to get better and better. The house (1960s vintage) needs some updating, like windows that don't open if you want a breeze, and screens in the porch that were detached from their frames. The kitchen is tiny (one person only). The hot tub was green when we got there, but got fixed, more or less, during our stay. WARNING: one of the security cameras seems to be pointed at the hot tub -- take note if you're……

“We had a great stay. The location is beautiful, nestled up against some woods so you have a nice private place to sit for a fire or to sip coffee in the morning. The inside was very comfy, with welcoming decor, and couldn't have asked for a cleaner place. Definitely recommend!”

“The house was neat and mostly clean which would have been fine. We were 8 adults (4 couples) over the age of 50. We were staying there after watching our daughters play college lax. We were not given the house code until after we paid the house manager via Venmo or cash app which is not supported by VRBO. There was no hot water in the upstairs shower. Then she reported to VRBO there was “damage” charge but she emailed me saying she normally charges for not putting the garbage in the community……

“This house was perfect for our needs. It fit all 12 of our family and friends comfortably and the games in the basement (pool table and video games) were great for our teenage boys. The house was in great condition, ample parking and a great fire pit out back with chairs to sit around. We never lit a fire but we sat and enjoyed the peach of the mountains and the sounds of the waterfall. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the amenities you need for a great stay. We……
