“We absolutely loved this property! Relaxing, cozy yet spacious with everything you could possibly need. The owners thought of everything and we couldn’t have imagined a more comfortable stay. Our favorite spots were the deck with incredible Mountain View’s, and rec room with pool and card table and games. We will definitely be back! ”

“The long range views are incredible in the cabin. The floor plan is well thought out and we loved how everything was labeled for ease of use (even light switches). The cabin has all the basic items needed for an enjoyable stay. The mattresses in each bedroom are all pretty firm so if you’re accustomed to sleeping on a pillow top mattress it’s an adjustment. We rent several cabins a year and this one had the best privacy of any so far! We loved it!”

“The property is beautiful and Donna and Randy are very sweet and accommodating. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this would be it! I enjoyed afternoon naps on the back deck, and our pups loved playing in the open field.Blowing Rock was a perfect location for us, as we were looking for low key, short day outings. There are ample good places to eat out, and just a lovely area to walk and enjoy in town. (Also, a very dog friendly area) Nearby are plenty of trails as well.Randy and……

“What an amazing cabin in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains! It was everything we had dreamed of and so much more! A perfect setting for a perfect holiday! Host Tricia was so quick to respond to our couple of questions and everything was as described and clearly explained. We will be back!! ”

“Not a person to be seen. When we were there the Linemen where working on the lines they were responsible for most of the traffic on the road no neighbors maybe 10 or 12 cars a day house is clean big kitchen and no cell service or Internet but sign up for star link and take it without.”

“Plenty of space, clean, all of the supplies you need to cook meals. Hot tub was amazing as were game tables. Pretty remote, so keep that in mind! ”

“This place is a gem!!! We highly recommend this paradise and I want to go back already! Helen and Junior put so much hard work and love into this place and you can feel it! It was really clean and you have really everything (and so much more!) you need! For rainy days maybe DVD’s or board games or puzzles… did I mention books? And the outdoor games! -wow!!- the hot outside shower is so awesome to look into the wild while showering! And the view from the porch!!!! I can go on and go on… Check it……

“I have stayed at a few of the other homes in this area for work. This one has the best home for the cost. Just be aware that this home is on the mountain side so it is hard to travel to and from town if it snows or ices. Other than that it was a great place.”

“The place was great. My only complaint was that the gas heater was broken and i was not made aware until i contacted the owner. The other small heater was not warm enough to maintain the house throughout the night. ”
