“Very nice property in a beautiful gated community. (And the owners are making even more landscaping improvements!) Everything as advertised, plus some nice extras (soaps, etc.). We me ade use of the full kitchen, laundry, gas grill, pool table, Chromecast, and we brought a kayak and launched off the pier for two tours of the lake. Definitely would book again.”

“The property is beautiful and Donna and Randy are very sweet and accommodating. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this would be it! I enjoyed afternoon naps on the back deck, and our pups loved playing in the open field.Blowing Rock was a perfect location for us, as we were looking for low key, short day outings. “The long range views are incredible in the cabin. The floor plan is well thought out and we loved how everything was labeled for ease of use (even light switches). The cabin has all the basic items needed for an enjoyable stay. The mattresses in each bedroom are all pretty firm so if you’re accustomed to sleeping on a pillow top mattress it’s an adjustment. We rent several cabins a year and this one had the best privacy of any so far! We loved it!”

“Our family met up at the cabin and stayed put. We enjoyed the magnificent views, hiking trails, fire pit, hot tub and the variety of indoor/outdoor games that were provided. A couple family members utilized the desk for their work. The deck overlooking the mountains was enjoyed during the early mornings to enjoy coffee with the sunrise and reading until others woke up. During the day the deck was used to watch the clouds glide across the mountains and during the night, to stargaze and listen……
