“Key collection was very straight forward, house and room very clean and comfortable. Cake on arrival a nice touch. Prosecco and chocolates for valentines and extra special thought! Unfortunately breakfast times very short and early for the weekends so didn’t have breakfast on the Saturday (parkrun timings didn’t allow and didn’t work out how to arrange early breakfast until it was too late). “This lovely big house had character and was nestled in a tiny little village with an amazing national trust park next to it. You coukd walk from the garden into the park. Also good for walking to seaside (Sheringham), about 1.5 miles and also to train station (about the same). The staff were very friendly and helpful and had the knowledge of the local area. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your……
