“Nice but in my opinion some of the rooms need a refurb ”

“Relaxing and peaceful being situated on the river. The restaurant has a wonderful view, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was very good.”

“Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable.”

“Lovely room above the main pub. The room is quite small and would benefit from some storage solutions for things like suitcases and towels. I would also say it needs some artwork on the bedrooms walls! That being said, it is very stylishly done and the pub is very nice with good food. I would certainly recommend! ”

“Nice over night stay as we live relatively local. spacious room and comfy bed, huge bathroom. Car park wasn't easy to find, but free parking once we registered. Only thing that spoilt it was we could hear the music quite clearly from the bar until they closed... Fabulous breakfast, good quality ingredients and a great selection. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. ”

“Just perfect, We were not sure when we booked as it was just a place to stay while we visited friends, but if we are in the area we will go back the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely. What can I say about the pub, well all pubs should be like this. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing. I don’t ever do reviews as I think I will do that later but this time it needed doing if I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. Nothing is to much trouble and you are made to……
