“We stayed total of 4nights with one night in Tikal in the middle and stayed in 3 out of the four rooms available. It’s definitely got more of a guesthouse feel and Josef was very helpful and attentive. The standard room is really quite basic and a bit claustrophobic. Josef was nice enough to upgrade us to the Delux room for free after the first night which was lovely. The location is great in Flores. They did offer an airport pickup which we did but would recommend getting a tuk tuk for much……

“Hotel provided airport transportation. Very convenient and punctual. Location is closed to good restaurants and I felt very safe walking around. ”

“The front desk staff, & also restaurant & housekeeping staff were helpful & really friendly. The room had plenty of space for 3 of us our stuff, beds were quite comfortable. We ate several meals in the restaurant—everything was quite good. We would definitely stay again if we get an opportunity!”

“The room is clean and comfortable. It has restaurants and grocery around the building. The host send me the passwords of the doors in the same day of my arrival. My only comment is they can add some label or sign on the door so that I can easily identify which door to open. They have 4 front doors on the street. 1 more item that I want to mention is that google map put the hotel's location across the street. ”
