“It was a convenient location. It was good to be able to leave the car outside the guest house, and for it to included in the price. My husband and I enjoyed the views from the bedroom window overlooking the bay. However the bedroom was smaller than we expected. The staff and customers were friendly. We expected our 'own' bathroom to be in our bedroom, as opposed to being on the landing next to our bedroom. ”

My single room was ideal for a solo overnight stay. Comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast included plenty of tempting options, all served in the spacious breakfast room. I would highly recommend Waves.”

“We stayed at Ashburton House for 3 nights. The Accommodation is beautifully presented with a spacious room with a large walk in shower which looked to have been recently refurbished. The room is clean and very comfortable with lovely decoration, a charming feel but with all the modern amenities. The beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet of a night. Ashburton House is very well located for the seafront and Town Centre. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here as the……
