“Really lovely place. Would’ve been handy to know we had to check in at the hotel next door 😁 we knocked and walked in on the neighboring property to try and find out where we were supposed to be. ”

“Excellent host. Provided some bread cheese butter and was very helpful. ”

“Property was clean and beautiful presented, easy to communicate with the owner and answered all our questions promptly. We took two dogs and paid the extra for them to stay. There is a little walk close by to take the dogs for a walk and it's a straight journey to Scarborough ”

“Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff.”

“The property was lovely and very characterful. Clean and well presented with all we needed for a long weekend away. A welcome bag was included which was a nice touch. ”

“The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊”

“Great property but was disappointed with the customer service I complained twice about the water being too hot, in the main bathroom shower, I had the tap fully on cold but no change, it was never fixed, we had to use the shower on the top floor, I have sent cottages.com an email but no response ”

“We had a lovely week in this cosy property, which had everything to make our stay comfortable, and a great view out to the sea and Scarborough. ”

“We found the property to be very quiet and nicely done,the beds were very comfortable,the shower lovely and warm and easy to use,there were plenty of crockery and pots and pans for anyone on a longer holiday who may want to do some cooking,parking was on street but there was plenty of space and we had no problem,it was a lovely weekend getaway and the walk into Scarborough town centre was very pleasant with lovely views from the cliff tops down onto the beach”
