“The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊”

“Great property but was disappointed with the customer service I complained twice about the water being too hot, in the main bathroom shower, I had the tap fully on cold but no change, it was never fixed, we had to use the shower on the top floor, I have sent cottages.com an email but no response ”

“What a lovely little cottage, it had everything you needed, the bedding and towels was lovely quality also the fire was so nice. The location was perfect 2 minutes walk and your on the beach, just perfect. Also Louise was very helpful there if you needed help… Thank you we enjoyed it. ”
