“Stayed here to ski at Timberline with teenage son and a friend of his. Located in strip with Ski Barn (great ski shop btw) and Mama Mia restaurant just before Timberline Road. Place was clean and warm. Host is friendly and very responsive by text to any questions I had. ”

“This is basically better than an exact slopeside rental because it is literally just a few EASY steps from the bottom of the slope and offers more privacy and quiet!We did a mid-week stay (we do that often to avoid crowds) and with 2 well-traveled and non-barking dogs who also love adventures. The Wifi is strong enough for us to work, play, work, play, repeat.We love family ski/board time, cooking our own food, playing board games, getting a nice fire going and just coming and going all day from……

“Condo has a great location but could just use a little refreshing.”

“Unit was great and exactly as described. A few minor updates/repairs would go a long way. TV is old and will not allow you to log in to today's streaming services. Fireplace was missing half of the screen and one of the doors did not function properly, which made it difficult to enjoy the fireplace. Ceiling vent fan in one of the bathrooms was absurdly loud. Unit had only a drip coffee pot, which we knew before we went. Kuerigs are not super expensive and make it easy for everyone to enjoy……

“This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Timberline Mountain! The unit was in excellent shape and I especially appreciated the extra blankets in the bedroom closet. We are already planning to go back next year. ”

“The location to the Timberline ski lodge and slopes was great. Easy walk or ski in/out depending on snow amounts. Perfect spot to enjoy the slopes. It could use some tlc but very functional. ”

“This condo was perfect for what we needed. It’s not luxurious, but you can’t beat the proximity to the slopes for a small group. It’s functional and tidy. The only complaint was the noisy heater/furnace. That being said, we’d rent it again. ”

“This property was clean and comfortable. Quick drive to downtown Davis and Timberline for skiing. Check in process was pretty seamless (we arrived after the rental office was closed, but they left our keys in a drop box for us). We would stay here again!”

“We stayed here over the weekend so we could be close by to ski at Timberline. The drive to timberline was very convenient (10 minutes). The property manager was very accommodating. The neighborhood itself is very cute, there is a 0.5 mile loop around all the properties that is a nice walk for dogs. The indoor fireplace is a super nice touch!”

“Really dirty pots and pans. For what i paid shouldnt have had to strip beds and put a load in the washer let alone be threatened to be charged extra fees for not doing so. I was disgusted with that threat.”

“The condo's location is great! It is directly next to Timberline's hi-speed lift, which you can view to check lift lines. The condo is an old building so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the view and location is wonderful. Beware that the lock on the door is sticky and difficult to open/lock and that you will need essentials like toilet paper, sponge, etc.”
