The perfect combination of making sure we were taken care of and giving us our space. The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. Definitely would stay here again.”

“We had a great time as a family spending a couple of days exploring around Blackwater Falls State Park, Seneca Rocks, Dolly Sods, etc. We enjoyed our stay at Beech Bunny and would definitely recommend. Host responded to messages in a timely manner prior, the house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, games, puzzles, etc. The kids especially enjoyed the extra snacks/candy available. ; ) ”

“My wife and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. The property is great. It is small, but it suited us well for our purposes. The view of the small lake and mountainside was wonderful. We woke up one morning to the snow-covered ground and the moon reflecting off the frozen lake—it was beautiful. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with there being too much chlorine in the hot tub—they had the issue fixed the same day I raised the issue with them. When we checked……

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here……

“About a mile to Blackwater Falls and about the same to town. Very close to the gas station and a pizza place. The unit has everything you need, but if there’s anything you forgot, you aren’t far from the grocery store and a Dollar General! Great communication with the owner and her local person. Might be cozy for more than 2 people, but it was a nice place to stay.”
