“Absolutely fantastic! It was a nice cozy place out of the city, almost like a home away from home. The wildlife out there was wonderful and it’s tucked away in a nice little spot.”

“The listing is just as the owners state. The rental was homey and the owners add little extras as well. The owners always responded quickly to any questions we had before our stay. I would move the TV to the sleeping area. But that is the only suggestion. ”

“The following has nothing to do with the rating, it is merely to inform potential renters:Online this is listed as 2 full bedrooms with 2 queen beds plus a common area with a queen sofa bed. This is only a 1 bedroom house. The owners were made aware and said they would fix it on the Vrbo website. Also, being an older restored house, you can hear every movement the upstairs tenants make. And I mean every little footstep. Earplugs were provided in case we needed them for this reason, or the……

“We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back……

“Would not stay here again. I had to call Hotel.com and have them call the property manager for the code to the door since we never received it. There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. The bathroom only had two bath towel, two rags and one hand towels, not enough for a woman with long hair. They were also hammering going on in the unit next to……
