“We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! ”

“We have had friends stay at this place multiple times, and it always provides a wonderful experience. From the outdoor deck overlooking the stream to the walk down to the river to the quiet contemplation inside the house. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. We will be back.”

“Perfect location and accommodations. Just far enough off the main roads to be secluded but not too far to go out and do things. The cabin is set up with everything you need and lots of extras. We will definitely book again.”

“Perfect home for larger families. Newer home nicely decorated…needs better shower head pressureDefinitely will revisit this home.Host did a great job communicating.”

“Great stay, perfectly clean and accommodating. A beautiful tri-level home. Lots of room for all of our families and activities. Especially loved the Pacman game unit! Only reason for 4 stars on location is that it's 10-12 minutes just down the mountain to go elsewhere, so if you're like us who came in the spring without skiing, the usual ETA anywhere was 18 or so minutes to hit the major properties. The driveway was a little tricky to navigate but that's to be expected for a mountain resort”

“This getaway cabin is a beautiful serene relaxation gem. Looking to get away from it all? Looking to unplug and reconnect? This is it! Nature at its best. Did some hiking, spent time on porch with a book and enjoyed local wineries.great place”

“The cabin was spectacular. The views were amazing, the accommodations were excellent, and communication was prompt and courteous. The real kicker is the large fenced in backyard that our puppers got to run around it. Worth every penny and excited to return one day!”

“We stayed at this property for 4 days and it was a great choice regarding it's proximity to all of the surrounding destinations. The location is perfect for getting around and a provided EV charger is an added bonus if you can take advantage. The area is quiet so if you want to stay in and relax like we did for part of our stay, it is a great choice as well. “Pictures of Dog Trot do not do this gem justice. It truly is an experience staying in this historical cabin. So relaxing. We made a camp fire our last big there. Watched deer and turkeys from the front porch and patio. Gorgeous property. Suzy is a wonderful and accommodating host. We rented this again for a few days in October to take advantage of the fall foliage. Can't wait.”

Worst front desk I ever met

"First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to wait to see..I will never stay in this hotel again"
