“房間整潔，員工服務好，十分有禮貌，有免費私人spa房可以訂，但注意早點訂，否則會滿。酒店交通方便，近地鐵站及部份主要景點。”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable — I slept like a baby”

“Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.”

“The room was very clean, and everything was functioning as advertised. Hotel looks and feels brand new. Superior room amenities include a small fridge and Nespresso machine. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom transparent glass. Whoever is in the room with you can see you shower (but thankfully not using the toilet). This trend is not one I support.”

“The room and the linens are clean. A tram station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes for a metro station. Cons: There is only 20 cm between the toilet seat and the sink. We only found 3 sockets for charging smart phones, and only 1 of them is at the bedside. I found the sofabed not so comfortable. ”
