“Nice apartment, neighborhood was ok”

“We chose this place for the close proximity to a friend that we were visiting. The apartment was cute and comfortable with all the basics you would expect. My kids enjoyed walking to ultimo coffee shop. The central air is a must have for Philadelphia in the summer! The host was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The apartment is well maintained with lots of amenities and the off street parking is a real plus. There is a rotary park nearby for walking. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back to visit family.”

“This was my first time looking through VRBO. The apartment was behind a business so I thought that it would be in a better lit area. It was very dark, there on was one side shopping center but they were men hanging out late at night when we got in around 12 a.m. The host has not been responsive to me since I asked a question 3 days before check-in. It was very unclean and I did not feel safe staying there so I contacted the company VRBO for advice. The host said that if I called, he could have……
